Anybody can check his/her eligibility criteria for ehsaas emergency cash program by send inf their cnic no. to  8171 

Total Amount disbursed, number of families, total amount:

TOTAL BUDGET: Rs. 144 billion

TOTAL NO. OF FAMILIES: 12 million families

AMOUNT PER FAMILY GIVEN:  12,000 per family 

Who can apply for  Ehsaas Emergency Cash Program 2020:

There are two categories:

1.Daily wage earners whose income is affected by covid-19

2.people who earned up to Rs20,000 and have now suffered due to corona crisis.

How to apply  For PM Ehsaas Emergency Cash Program:

HOW TO APPLY FOR EHSAAS EMERGENCY PROGRAM

1. Send your  CNIC number via SMS to 8171
2. If CNIC number is valid you will automatically move to the next step.otherwise you will get a this sms  “Your CNIC number is not valid for the Ehsaas Emergency Cash Program.
3. If yours  a government employee in any government department then you are not eligible for the Ehsas Emergency Cash Program.
4. If the CNIC Details is not saved in the NSER (National Socio-Economic Registry) Data  Base then you will be informed via SMS and told that to contact your Regional Offices of Ehsaas Program Registration 8171 to apply for the Ehsaas Emergency Cash Program.
